Senior Project Associate – Labour Mobility (Solomon Islands)

About the role

The Senior Project Associate will lead the implementation of labour mobility programming in the Solomon Islands, working under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission in Fiji and direct supervision of the Programme Support Officer in Solomon Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of the labour mobility project in the Solomon Islands.
• Monitor project activities to ensure they follow established plans and timelines.
• Analyse project data and progress reports to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the Resource Management Unit and other relevant units.
• Report to the Chief of Mission in Fiji and the Programme Support Officer in Solomon Islands.

Required profile

• Solomon Islands national.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in labour mobility or related programmes.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
