Community Development Facilitator

About the role

Join World Vision’s effort to bring sustainable change to vulnerable communities by organizing and mobilising local people to own and benefit from development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage communities to participate in project activities.
• Implement project activities on the ground.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in development interventions.
• Minimum diploma in Community Development (SINU) or related field.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use data collection methodologies.
• Good communication in English and local language, problem‑solving and networking abilities.
• Willingness to work in target communities and adapt to diverse cultures.
