About the role

As a Teller at ANZ in Honiara, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will deliver exceptional service, create positive experiences, and help strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end banking needs, including transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Deliver high‑quality interactions that satisfy customers’ financial transaction requirements at the first point of contact.
• Handle cash management tasks with accuracy and in line with bank policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth branch operations.
• Identify products that may benefit customers and refer them to the appropriate bank area.

Required profile
