About the role
Join World Vision’s effort to bring sustainable change to vulnerable communities by organizing and mobilising local people to own and benefit from development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Mobilise and engage communities to participate in project activities.
- Implement project activities on the ground.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on progress and outcomes.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in development interventions.
- Minimum diploma in Community Development (SINU) or related field.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use data collection methodologies.
- Good communication in English and local language, problem‑solving and networking abilities.
- Willingness to work in target communities and adapt to diverse cultures.
